Virtual Wards
Research and design of virtual wards to meet the needs of clients in the UK during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Virtual wards are a tool that health services can use to reduce hospital admission and provide appropriate oversight of patient care.
Heuristic Review: Ignite + Advising
I reviewed Ignites website platform for providing mental health and support services. I was able to provide valuable feedback on improvements to be made and also advise on strategic partnerships.
Social Determinants of Health
55% of health is determined by factors that aren't disease-specific. Your age, ethnicity, level of social deprivation, and community all have compounding impacts on health. it's time we start addressing issues such as poverty, access to food and education to help lift up our people. I designed a clinician and social support front-facing dashboard to coordinate care between primary and the differing social services.
Remote Patient Monitoring
Imagine providing hospital services at home and being able to rest and recover from illness while still having hospital services monitor your condition. I redesigned our solutions clinician facing UX so we could get the most out of patient data.
Locum-Gig
I noticed that NZ doesn't have an easy way for any doctor to view available locum shifts around the country. Often, we have to sign up and go through an interview process I decided to change that and make locum shifts easier to find and in one place.

Clinical UX Academy
As part of the Academy, I have been privileged to gain new skills in UX and design processes. I am now involved with research which aims to publish literature regarding the importance of clinical professionals being part of design processes and user experience (UX)
